These terms are an agreement between you and MiniGamr LLC ("we", "us") for the Brumo app. By using Brumo you accept them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; where the two differ, these terms add to it for Brumo.
1. What Brumo is
Brumo helps you practice for a driving theory test with short lessons, road sign cards and mock exams. Lessons are written in our own words from public handbooks and laws, and each answer shows its source.
- Brumo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any government agency, licensing authority or test provider.
- Brumo is a study aid. It does not replace your driver handbook, a driving instructor or the law. If Brumo and the law or your handbook disagree, the law and the handbook win.
- The pass likelihood is an estimate from your practice answers. It is not a prediction or a guarantee of any result.
- Never use the app while driving.
2. Brumo Pro
Some features need Brumo Pro: unlimited lessons and hearts, unlimited mock exams and the full exam breakdown.
- Weekly and monthly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- Purchases can be restored on your other devices with Restore purchases, using the same Apple Account.
We may switch the free daily limits on or off, or change them, for everyone at once.
3. Invites
You may share your invite link with people you know. Rewards (such as an unlocked exam breakdown or bonus hearts) are granted when invited friends install Brumo and finish setup. Do not spam people, buy or sell invites, or create fake installs. We may withhold rewards obtained by abuse and may change or end the invite program at any time; rewards already granted stay.
4. Your use
You agree not to copy, resell or redistribute Brumo's lessons, to reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it, or to interfere with our servers.
5. Content and availability
We work to keep lessons accurate and current, but rules change and mistakes can happen. Lessons are provided "as is". We may update, add or remove lessons, regions and features.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, MiniGamr LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, test results, fines or decisions you make based on the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Brumo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
7. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Brumo means you accept the update. You can stop using Brumo at any time and erase your data with Delete all my data in Settings.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
